Common specifications for the film paper requirements of anti-slip surfaces range from 220 to 240 grams per square centimeter or more.
- Edge Finish
For applications where edges are left raw without sealing, customers prefer an attractive edge appearance, ensuring all layers are aligned with minimal voids and overlaps. To meet these requirements, the plywood core can be produced using full machine-joined veneer or full sheet veneer. Additionally, uniform and light color is preferred, with eucalyptus and rubber species being highly favored.
- Product Strength
Given that anti-slip plywood is frequently used for flooring, its strength is paramount. Product strength is influenced by some key factors:
- the density of the wood core material, which is
typically sourced from eucalyptus and rubber hardwood species - the high pressure applied during the production process.
